Equipment lubrication, spot check shift records
Fill oil before operation according to equipment lubrication diagram ( lubrication card).
Check the large engraving machine carefully every day, fill in the truth, complete, without exception, make records.
Class 2 ( class 3) equipment used shall have an equipment class record book.
The operator must record the operation, problems troubleshooting of the equipment in detail in the small mold high-speed milling equipment record book.
After the operator arrives, the equipment is moved to the file exchange record book, the parts lubrication of the equipment are carefully checked to confirm that the equipment is normal, the workpiece meets the requirements, the shift is clear can work.
If you find any problems during the shift, you should report to the operation director equipment staff in time. If the handover is clear, the replaced equipment should be replaced.
